Through simple, repetitive movements connected in a yoga flow the participants will challenge the body to engage the mind. With guided instructions and powerful music, Ambre will invite students to witness their resistance to discomfort, to growth. The result is an expansive, heart-clearing and body-strenghthening flow. We will start with a grounding and slowly transition to more strong but easy poses and we might end with a little dance party and some muscle strengthen movements!
This class is suitable for intermediate levels and is high in intensity.
