Welcome to my class! Thank you for joining me in my outdoor classroom! We will cover Head/Tail connection and how it can be utilized in standing postures. This concept will be covered using a modern dance context, though it is also applicable for lots of other dance styles. Emphasis for this movement will be on sensory experience, rather than prescribed shape. Aim to work with the energy and range of motion that is available in your body. In other words: come as you are.
You will need:
*Some level space (enough area to lay down)
*Optional–Yoga mat, or large towel
Choose what works best for getting your body moving before starting this video. Here are some suggestions:
