One technique at a time.
As you can see it in the video, these are interior hip circles. It’s a three dimensional move. This movement will involve your knees.
Check your posture –
Bend your knees (keep them soft)✔
Tuck the pelvis in✔
Lift your chest to neutral and spread your arms to 2nd position for practicing. ✔
First, do the accented move.
Mark the 1st point with the left hip up,
2nd point is pelvic tuck in,
3rd point is the hip up on right and
the last one is pelvic release.
Try to connect all the points to form a circle and then smooth it out.
Try it in both clockwise and anti clockwise directions.♥️
