A1. Straight Arm Hold I 3sets 30sec I Rest as long as needed

B1. Inverted Row I 3sets 8-10reps I Rest 60-90sec

C1. Leg Assisted Ring Dips I 3 sets 6-8 reps I Rest 90sec

D1. Ring Assisted Pistol Squat I 3 sets 5r/leg I Rest 60sec
