Start your week off strong. In this dynamic vinyasa flow you will not only open up your body, but strengthen it as well. This vigorous and energizing practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mobility in the body, while emphasizing self-awareness of the mind and body connection. Students will leave feeling empowered and ready to flow through your day. All levels are welcomed.
Free Flow movement:
Free form movement teaches the student movement intelligence from the perspective of joint mobility. The student will learn how to build and breakdown patterns through sequences, transitions and techniques. Free form encompasses patterns from different styles such as dance, contemporary floor work, capoeira, etc. Students will gain improved movement skills, coordination, range of motion, strength, flexibility and joint stability. All levels are encouraged.
