The theme for today’s class is “Training.” Where do we learn and what is ingrained in us? Our training comes from all sorts of places from our family members to books we’ve read to our education to the places we’ve traveled. How can we decipher the techniques that best serve us while maintaining our openness to shift gears to find alternative ways of being?
