Dynamic yoga practice that elevates the self to an acute awareness where you have the information and tools to guide your body and mind through a flow of being. The practice will always start with joint and spine work to build a solid foundation for a sequence of movement, maybe even a dance.
The theme for today’s class is “Stepping into the World.” Using the Katonah Yoga Magic Square, our practice will focus on the right foot which is number 6 in the magic square. By establishing our footing, we can prove our own truths. How do we open up and step into the world? When do we take risk to substantiate?
