Dynamic yoga practice that elevates the self to an acute awareness where you have the information and tools to guide your body and mind through a flow of being. The practice will always start with joint and spine work to build a solid foundation for a sequence of movement, maybe even a dance.
The theme for today’s class is “Extending.” How do we extend ourselves both positively and negatively. Exhausting ourselves to then offering a lending hand. Is going a bit further like a stretch? Starting with our insides, our spirit and extending outward to our limbs. Understanding that our relationships are extensions of the self, a mirror that is held with a yearning arm.
