This video shows my personal practice these days. I call these training sessions at the beach a Cele-Move-bration because it feels to me like a celebration through movement.

On this day, I was celebrating how far my movement practice has come over the past year. It has been one year of using these pristine beaches as my gym / my playground.
My practice has further developed this past year through the awesome weekly online sessions I have received from my amazing coach, Matt Mulligan 🙌
And from the online 6-week courses I have taken with the amazing Nil Teisner 🙌
On this particular day, I set up my tripod and camera to watch and study the moves that I am presently learning from Nil Teisner’s Finding Flow Acrobatics Course. This is midway through the course and I am learning so much.

I met both of these guys actually here in Costa Rica during Tom Weksler’s 1-week Movement Archery Immersion in 2019.
I truly love the movement community. That week in the jungle with Tom, Roser, Matt, Nil and many other inspiring and beautiful movers was very impactful, not only for my movement practice, but for my life overall.
Reflecting on that time right now warms my heart and soul … and now I must go and dance by the ocean, … because the tide is low, and the inspiration is profound!!!!
