1. How much weight can we lose with this workout?
A. If you do this workout daily 30mins, you can lose 3-5kgs in a month.
2. Do we need to follow a diet?
A. You can lose weight without diet also. I do not recommend doing any dieting.
I always recommend regular home cooked healthy meals.. with good balance of carbs, protein, fat
Timing is everything – so you need to eat at right times (especially early dinner.. around 7.30pm)
Sleep at right times.. plus stress free life.. all adds up for weight loss
3. Does this workout help lose fat in thighs, arms, face, belly etc…
A. Yes.. this is a full body fat workout and works for your whole body. Hence it works for reducing fat from all parts. In addition for body toning and strength, you can also do my Abs and Leg workouts 2-3 days a week.
5. Pre-workout/post workout drink/eating?
Keep hydrated.. Drink water 30mins ahead of the workout.. to allow continuity
Other useful thing – Coconut water, fresh natural juices (not packet), beetroot apple juice, sattu drink in yogurt, Raw fruits – apple and banana.. all work well
6. Does it work for PCOS
Yes. Even in PCOS, daily cardio workout of 30mins is recommended.
